Yes. Our motorcoaches clear the 14 foot 6 inch limit in the Webster and Posey Tubes, and our drivers also know the Park Street, Fruitvale and High Street bridges as alternates when a span is up or the tube is closed. For a tight downtown address we will often assign a minibus anyway, because the pickup goes faster.
Oakland (OAK, about 7 road miles by way of Doolittle Drive), San Francisco (SFO, about 28 miles over the Bay Bridge) and San Jose (SJC, about 35 miles down I-880). OAK is close enough that we can hold the vehicle at the curb rather than circling while a flight finishes taxiing.
We are the operator. Umbrella Global Bus owns the vehicles, employs the drivers and runs its own dispatch and shop from South San Francisco and Hayward under CPUC TCP 0037963 and USDOT 3126263. Nobody resells your trip to a third carrier after you book it.
Yes. Because the vehicles are ours, we issue the COI directly, usually the same business day, naming the museum, the venue or Alameda Unified as certificate holder with whatever wording their risk office requires.
Yes. Faire and festival days are remote-parking work: we stage at a satellite lot, run a fixed loop to the gate and add a double-decker when the lot is deep, which cuts the number of vehicles turning around on residential streets.
